The Department of Primary Education, Haryana maintains database in respect of its teachers on the central server installed at the Directorate. The transfers/ promotions/ posting orders/ adjustments on promotion as well as on new appointments to different category posts are issued after incorporating in the database, the relevant information. It is, therefore, hereby informed to all teachers working in the Department of Primary Education that they should check their personal information on the website of the Department www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in or www.harprathmik.gov.in and intimate the Directorate in case there is any discrepancy in the information placed on the website. Such intimation should be clearly mentioned and be
sent to the Directorate alongwith relevant documents by attaching scanned copy of the relvant document through e‐mail only at jbtdatahry@gmail.com. by 11.7.2011 by 5.00 p.m. Queries received thereafter shall not be entertained.
